For dinner, Melissa Clark’s Braised Pork Chops with Tomatoes, Anchovies, and Rosemary. (Yep, a two-pork-chop week!) I halved the recipe (one big chop for two people), but left the onion quantity intact. I also subbed out the fresh tomatoes for good canned ones. Served over...
